我国高校教师发展的新探索——以教师教学发展中心为例

摘    要:我国开始建设高校教师教学发展中心,这是高校教师发展的新探索。教师教学发展中心案例的成功实践,必须仰赖其指导思想和战略安排实现三大转变:从"教师培训"升级为"教师发展",从整合"组织资源"提升为培育"组织优势",从"经验借鉴"转换为"政策红利"。此外,还须在实践操作层面解决好三大问题:有效激励教师的主动发展、推动教师的互助合作、凸显教师发展的质量与特色。

Abstract:A good research case appeared when University began to construct its new Center for Educational Development for Teachers.For the sake of success,the development strategy of the new Center for Educational Development for Teachers must be upgraded from "Faculty Training " to " Faculty Development ",from " Integrating Organization resources" to "Cultivating Organization advantages ",and from "Enjoying Experience " to "Forming Dividend policy ".In practice,three problems about the Center for Educational Development for Teachers must be addressed,including how to motivate teachers’ self-development,how to help teachers work together,and how to cultivate its specialty and improve its quality.
