现代化视角下村民自治组织弱化现象分析

村民自治是中国社会现代化的一个重要标志。但我国社会主义现代化正处于二元结构转型的过程中,这种转型在某种程度上导致了国家与社会的紧张关系,并影响到基层社会民主制度村民自治组织的发展,其中农村基层民主的外源性,农村经济发展的滞后性和体制转换过程中主体角色错位是村民自治组织弱化现象出现的主要原因。因此,只有注重构建制度建设,才能加快乡村的工业化,培育社会基础机制,消除乡村间际的闭塞,为村民自治的发展创造和谐的发展环境,从而为村民自治组织提供强大的物质基础。

Weakening of Villagers'''' Autonomous Organizations: An Analysis in Light of Modernization

Villagers' autonomy is one of the signs that mark the modernization of Chinese society.However,the binary structural transformation of the socialism in China has caused,in a certain extent,the tension between the state and the society as a whole,and affected the development of villagers' autonomous organizations,the basic units of social democratic system.Moreover,the exogenesis of countryside democracy,the backwardness of rural economic development,and the role dislocation in structural transformation have led to the weakening of villagers'autonomous organizations.Therefore,in order to create a harmonious environment for the development of autonomy and provide a strong material base for villagers'autonomous organizations,we should stress on system construction,speed up industrialization of the countryside,cultivate fundamental social mechanisms and banish the borders between villages.
