| 摘 要： | 苏联解体后,俄罗斯改行多党制。20世纪的最后几年,俄罗斯的政党政治具有党派林立、党争激烈等特点。普京上台后,通过制定《政党法》、大力扶持统一俄罗斯党等举措,积极推进俄罗斯政党政治的改革。综观苏联解体后俄罗斯政党政治的发展历程,其中的人为因素大于历史的和制度的因素。俄罗斯政党政治仍处于发育期,其成熟还有很长一段艰难的路程要走。
