Discussing on Reconstructing and Readjusting Contents of Moral Education in Higher Learning Institutions

There are lots of causes which make low efficiency in moral education.The main ones of the causes lie in lack of practicalness,adaptation and direction of moral education's contents.The contents of moral education must be reconstructed and readjusted according to "Implementing Outline of Moral Education for Citizens",combinnig with the practical situation of China,Learning cream of moral resources from the ancient times to today,at home and abroad and creating contents of moral education with the Chinese charateristics in order to raise practical efficiency of moral education.
