| Abstract: | This paper sets forth the basic concept and inevitability of the virtual corporation.The different management models between virtual corporation and traditional enterprise are compared and the virtual operation of U.S.DELL Computer Corporation as a successful case is analyzed in detail.The feasibility of virtual corporation practice in the reform of our state run enterprises is analyzed. |
