| 摘 要： | 在新形势下对大学生进行以“八荣八耻”为主要内容的社会主义荣辱观教育的过程中，高校学生工作发挥着重要的教育和引导作用。本文在阐析大学生荣辱观影响因素的基础上，笔者基于从事学生工作的感性经验与理性思考，提出了在学生工作中培养大学生正确荣辱观的现实策略。
