外商直接投资技术溢出与企业家网络重构战略

根据技术知识在社会网络中的传递的两个现实限制条件:被传播的知识与社会网络在内容上具有相似性和传递知识的社会网络的地位相似性,可以将企业家网络及内外资合作划分成核心技术相关和基于价值链合作两种方式。通过在原生型产业集群、嵌入性产业集群中的比较分析,可以发现这种划分标准具有重大的理论价值和实践意义。虽然许多外资企业与内地企业会有不同合作,但这些合作主要是基于价值链、非核心技术的,所以这些外资企业的技术溢出效应比较弱。在日常经营活动中,为了获得更多的外资企业技术溢出,内地企业家可以主动运用网络战略,积极实现与外资企业的有效技术合作。
