| Abstract: | The knowledge economy is characterized by training talents of innovation and creativity, to which institutions of higher learning are the key. The authors make a pilot study on the model for the cultivation of creative talents in institutions of higher learning in theory and practice, and emphasize the dominance of educational reform in devising talent-training model and the importance of improving teachers' quality. |
