Alliance of new military on the western Pacific Ocean,as one of dangerous situation brought about by American and Japanese governments during the safety reconstruction in Asian-Pacific region,is confronting with an awkward convict predicament.It is a root cause that some states purse private ends in safety pattern regard as mirror of attitude of hegemonism as a result of the thought of Cold war.On the one hand,it threatens the security of Asian-Pacific region;on the other hand,it grievously injuries the basic principles of international system.Therefore,there is a true peaceful development on the condition of adhering to the Principles of Peaceful Coexistence that is also a basic norm of international system during the course of the safety pattern's reconstruction in Asian-Pacific region.
