| Abstract: | The fundamental principle of the corporation law is the rule's feedback of the corporation operation in the socialist market economy system.Its efficiency always run through the corporation law.It is always carried out corporation operation.It is the fundamental principle which adjusts the relation outer and inner of the corporation.The fundamental principle consists of equilibrium of interests principle,power divided and restricted principle,autonomous principle,shareholder's share right equal principle,shareholder's liability limited principle. |
