| Abstract: | In the reform of personnel distridution system of the institution of higher learning we should further more strenghthen propaganda and education,ideological and political work,emancipate the mind and change senses,set up posts scientifically and reasonably,open up the resoureces and regulate the flow,do well the work of transforming posts and scattering dispositions,strictly carry out examination and check and implement the system of reward and penalty. |
