| Abstract: | The labor market is an important component of market system.Spontaneous labor market has its own limitations and the omission of government's function has been an obstacle to the sound development of labor market.This paper explains the necessity of the government's intervention in the workforce market,analyzes the major problems related to the misplacement of government's role,and suggests how to properly orientate it in workforce"marketization". |
