| 摘 要： | 马克思主义集体品质是提倡个人利益与集体利益的辩证统一。集体品质在中国发展的各个时期都起了至关重要的作用。集体品质作为规范个人利益与集体利益关系的思想道德原则,在建立社会主义市场经济的过程中被赋予了新的内涵。马克思主义集体品质是调节社会主义市场经济条件下利益关系的现实需要。
