民族地区师范生乡村教育情怀生成路径探究以凉山A院校学前教育专业为例

为探究师范生乡村教育情怀的生成与厚植，促进凉山地区良好乡村教师队伍的建设与发展，本研究以凉山地区A院校学前教育专业师范生为研究对象，运用Nvivo12对调研数据进行三级编码，探讨了学前教育专业师范生乡村教育情怀生成的多方可能因素。研究结果显示：凉山A院校学前教育师范生对当前凉山乡村教育的认知处于基本认知水平，影响学前教育专业师范生驻村意愿的影响因素包括社会环境、家庭环境、专业感知、职业规划、变更预设五个方面。这对提出构建学前教育专业师范生乡村教育情怀的可行路径，助力学前教育专业师范生驻村意愿长久存留有启示。

The Path to the Cultivation of Rural Education Devotion Among Normal School Students in Ethnic Areas：Taking the Preschool Education Major of Liangshan A University as an Example

In order to explore the generation and cultivation of rural education devotion among normal school students and to promote the construction and development of a good rural teacher team in Liangshan area, this study focuses on normal school students majoring in preschool education at A university in Liangshan area. Nvivo 12 is used to encode the survey data at three levels to find out multiple factors contributing to the generation of rural education devotion among preschool education majors. The results show that the knowledge of preschool education majors of Liangshan A University about the current rural education in Liangshan is at a basic level. The factors influencing students'' willingness to settle in the rural areas include social environment, family environment, professional perception, career planning, and assumption of changes. This research provides some inspiration for proposing a feasible path to foster rural education devotion and to grow lasting willingness to settle in rural schools among preschool education majors.
