学科建设中资源优势的整合与研究方向的确定——山西农业大学林学院森林培育学科建设思路与实践

学科建设关系着人才培养的层次、培养水平和教学改革的程度。在学科建设中,主动适应经济建设、和社会发展的需求及科技发展的趋势,整合学科现有资源优势、科学地凝炼学科发展方向,可保持学科具有持久竞争力,提高学科的学术水平,推进高素质人才培养力度。在回顾和分析山西农业大学林学院森林培育学学科建设的思路与具体实践的基础上,并提出了一些进一步思考的问题。

The Integration of Superior Academic Resources and the Determination of Research Direction in Disciplinary Construction in University--The Reflections and Practice of the Disciplinary Construction of Silviculture in Forestry College of Shanxi Agricultural University

The Disciplinary Construction has strong relationship with the education grade and level to cultivate new talent, and extent to reform education. To keep lasting competent academic position, to heighten academic level, and to promote cultivating talent intensity, we must adapt the disciplinary construction to the needs of economical construction, social development and science and techniqueprogress. And we should integrate superior academic resources and should condense the disciplinary development direction scientifically. Through history review and status quo analysis, the reflection and practice of the silviculture disciplinary construction in Forestry College of Shanxi Agricultural University were discussed. At last, some ideas and crucial problems that need to be thoughtdeeplywere pointed out.
