农村电商与城乡市场体系良性发展研究--以古木县为例

通过对城乡市场体系的回溯,可追踪其变迁与发展的过程,探寻其良性发展的可能路径。"农产品上行"与"工业品下行"贯穿了城乡之间的市场体系,这一体系经历了自由、计划、开放等多个阶段,并不断形塑着中国的城乡关系。古木县"农村电商全覆盖"方案的展开,使得这一体系得以外显,并促使它发生转型。反过来,转型既可能促进城乡市场一体化的良性发展,也可能导向城乡市场体系分割的风险。基于此,在市场体系转型的背景下,应发挥参与者的主体性,协调多元主体之间的关系,进而探索良性发展的路径。

E-Commerce Down to the Countryside and the Healthy Development the Urban and Rural Market System --a Case Study of Gumu County

By tracing the urban and rural market system, we can track the process of its changes to explore possible paths for its healthy development. "Agricultural products sold in cities" and "industrial products sold in rural areas" run through the urban and rural market system which has gone through multiple stages of free, planed, and open development, continuously shaping the relations of urban and rural areas in China. The "Full Coverage of Rural E-Commerce" program in Gumu County has highlighted the system and promoted its transformation. In turn, while the transformation can promote the healthy development of the integration of urban and rural markets, it might also risk the split of urban and rural market systems. Based on the advantages and disadvantages of transformation, we should take the initiative of participants to coordinate the relationship among the multiple subjects and explore the paths of healthy development of this system.
