| 摘 要： | 公司信用是指公司履行义务的能力,公司信用状况往往会折射整个社会的信用水平。提升公司信用水平,仅仅靠形而上的说教是苍白无力的,需要借助法律制度来促进。公司信用取决于主观上履约的诚意和客观上以资本为中心的责任财产,这需要完善公司治理结构和公司资本等法律制度。

| Abstract: | Company credit is the ability of a company to perform its obligations,and the state of company credit reflects the level of the social credit.Improving the state of company credit depends on the legal system,not on the advising.Company credit rests with both good faith in performing the obligation and property for liability,which needs to better legal system of the structure of company manegement and company capital. |
