| 摘 要： | 当代中国大学改革与更大范围的政治与社会改革有着密不可分的关系;当代中国大学精神的建构也离不开全球视野中的公民精神的支撑。如何在既不丢弃又不独尊传统文化、既不迷信科学又不丧失对宇宙和精神之谜的敬畏的多重平衡中建立创新人才培养体系,是极富挑战性且特别需要历史责任感来支撑的创新事业。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the difficulties and problems that contemporary Chinese universities face when promoting the innovative system of talents' training.The difficulties and problems are described from the perspective of social critique.One of the main points that the paper contends is that only with the formation of a civil society in and outside university in contemporary China,can the human resource of talents be freed from the different social obstacles that are mutually supportive. |
