中国走向对外直接投资大国的战略路径

中国已成为世界生产大国和贸易大国,但对外直接投资却相对滞后,中国与世界上的对外直接投资大国相比,在投资的主体、产业、区域、方式以及政府支持等方面差距甚远。中国要实现向对外直接投资大国的跨越,必须着力培育有竞争力的大型跨国公司,优化对外直接投资产业结构,扩大对发达国家的学习型投资,加大跨国并购和整合的力度,并充分发挥政府的支持功能。

China's strategies toward a Big Power of FDI

China has already become a big power of production and foreign trade,but its FDI,relatively speaking,still lags behind the other countries.Compared with the big powers of FDI in the world,it bears a wide gap in many aspects such as the investing subject,the industries and areas for it to invest in,and the way of investment.In order to realize the transition to a big power of FDI,China must lay the more stress on the fostering of the competitive large-scale multinational corporations,the optimization of the industrial structure of FDI,the expansion of the FDI in developed countries,and the enlargement of transnational purchases while fully bringing forth the supports from its government.
