| 摘 要： | 《联邦党人文集》作为自由共和主义的传承之作,对古典共和主义理念做了几个方面的颠覆,即由直接民主、“忘我”的美德观置换为间接民主、“勿忘我”的美德观。在法律系统上也完成了由大陆法系向普通法系的转换。并由此在共和主义理念中增加了宪政品质。

| Abstract: | As a piece of literature about inheritance of liberal republicanism,The Commentary of the Federalist overthrew republicanism conception from the straight democracy and virtue "forgetting myself" to the mediate democracy and virtue "not forgetting myself".It completed the convertion from continental law to common law systematically.Constitutionalism quality was added in republicanism idea. |
