跨国战略联盟企业文化冲突的产生与控制

摘    要:自20世纪80年代以来,科学技术迅猛发展,经济全球化趋势日益明显,各国企业为了实现利润最大化纷纷在全球范围内寻求合作,开展资源的跨国整合活动,形成跨国战略联盟;跨国战略联盟已成为企业获得持续竞争优势的重要方式。结成跨国战略联盟的企业间存在诸多差异,其中最重要的差异是企业文化差异。通过对跨国战略联盟企业文化的多样性研究,系统分析其对跨国战略联盟管理的影响,探讨企业文化差异导致企业文化冲突的产生及形成跨国战略联盟企业文化优势与劣势的内在机理,提出控制跨国战略联盟企业文化冲突的解决方案。

Abstract:Since the 1980s,with the rapidly developing of science and technology,economic globalization trend is more and more obvious.In order to maximize the interests,the enterprises of all countries seek cooperation in the whole world and integrate the resources between different countries and form multinational strategic alliance which is an important way for enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantage.There are many differences between the enterprises which have multinational alliance and the most important difference is cultural difference.On the basis of studies on cultural diversity of multinational strategic alliance enterprises,this paper systematically analyzes its influence on multinational strategic alliance management,discusses the inherent mechanism of advantages and disadvantages that enterprise culture difference leads to the emergence of enterprise culture conflicts and multinational strategic alliance enterprise culture and provides the solutions to controlling multinational strategic alliance enterprise culture conflicts.
