| Abstract: | Catholicism is an important force in modern Taiwan society,but in the Mainland there is few research on it.During the period of Japanese rule,Taiwan Catholic Church changed the strategies of missionary work,absorbing Taiwan populace to join in the church,so the population of followers increased continuously.These have exerted a profound influence on Taiwan society. |
