| 摘 要： | 农户作为耕地的直接使用者，在耕地数量和质量保护中发挥着重要的作用，如何充分发挥农户的耕地保护主动性和自觉性，是我国耕地保护战略目标实现的关键所在。然而，耕地作为一个典型的准公共物品，不仅给农户带来经济收益，而且为社会公众提供了大量的非生产性功能，表现出强烈的正外部性。正确认识农户耕地保护的外部性，进而采取相应的内部化措施，将有利于提高农户耕地保护积极性。对农户耕地保护外部性的内涵、表现进行论述，剖析农户耕地保护外部性的基本特征和产生的主要原因，并有针对性地提出外部性内化的途径，以期为调动农户耕地保护的积极性，推动耕地保护战略目标的实现提供参考。
