农村公共产品投入对经济增长的效应分析

内生经济增长理论肯定了公共产品对经济增长的作用,依据该理论,通过1994-2008年全国农业支出、农村义务教育支出、农村公共卫生支出和农村社会保障支出对经济增长的效应分析,并进行相关数据的协整检验,结合误差修正模型和状态空间模型的使用,得到以下结论：在短期内,农业支出、农村义务教育支出对经济增长存在着正效应,农村公共卫生支出和农村社会保障支出对经济增长存在着负效应;在长期内,基于经济增长效应的中国农村公共产品投入重点依次为农业支出、农村公共卫生支出、农村义务教育支出和农村社会保障支出。基于此,提出了中国农村公共产品投入的政策建议：增加农业支出的投入,继续加大对农村义务教育支出的投入力度,持续平稳地增加对农村公共卫生支出的投入,逐步完善农村社会保障制度。
