| Abstract: | It is necessary for China at the middle stage of industrialization to insist upon the policy of giving Priority to agriculture and to take the strategic direction of agricultural modemization by renewing ideas, formulating proper policies, establishing ereative system for nodemized agriculture. and speeding up the accumulation of both man-power and knowledge, so as to realize China's agricultural modemization smoothly in the twenty-first century where knowledge-intensive economy serves as the leading factor. |
