"商量式"民主是社会主义协商民主的本质概括

党的十八大以来,习近平就如何推动社会主义协商民主广泛、多层、制度化发展,进行了深入的思考,在一系列重要讲话中始终强调“有事多商量、有事好商量、有事会商量,众人的事情众人商量”,逐步形成了“商量式”民主的重要思想。“商量式”民主思想继承和发扬了我国优秀政治文化传统,坚持和发展了党的群众路线,科学地回答了什么是社会主义协商民主、在中国特色社会主义进入新时代怎样建设社会主义协商民主的一系列重要问题,既科学地揭示了社会主义协商民主的本质内涵,又为新时代巩固和发展社会主义协商民主提供了基本的政治遵循,既丰富和创新了我国的人民民主,又反思和超越了西方“争吵式”民主,是对人类政治文明的新贡献。

Deliberative Democracy is the Essence of Socialist Consultative Democracy

Since the 18th national congress of the CPC, Xi Jinping has thought deeply on how to make the socialist consultative democracy more extensive, multilevel and institutionalized, and gradually formed the important thought of deliberative democracy. It inherits and carries forward the fine political and cultural traditions of our country, upholds and develops mass line of the CPC, and scientifically answers a series of important questions such as on what is socialist consultative democracy and how to build it in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Thus, it not only scientifically reveals the essence of socialist consultative democracy, but also provides the basic political principles for consolidating and developing it in the new era.
