摘    要:“特色示范课堂”是学习贯彻党的十九大精神,着力落实思政会议精神,推进“课程思政”的重要举措。广西民族大学“反不正当竞争法”课堂中翻转课堂教学法由学生自主学习、教师讲授和学生研讨三部分构成。翻转课堂教学法有利于教师将党的十九大精神,以及与国家发展、社会建设、学生成长息息相关的习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想有机融合到“反不正当竞争法”课堂进行讲授,使得各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行,实现思想政治教育与知识体系讲授的有机统一。

Abstract:"Characteristic Demonstration Class" is an important move to study and act in the spirit of the 19thNational Party Congress, to fully implement the idea push forward in the Ideological and Political Conference and topromote the "Ideological and Political Education in Course studies. The Flipped Classroom Approach in the"Anti-unfair Competition Law" course of Guangxi University for Nationalities consists of three parts: students''independent learning, teachers'' instruction and students'' discussion. Flipped Classroom Teaching Approach ishelpful for teachers to integrate the spirit of the 19th National Party Congress and Xi Jinping''s ideology of socialismwith Chinese characteristics, closely related to national development, social construction and student growth, into the"Anti-unfair Competition Law" course teaching, thereby our goal of integrating ideological and political education inthe teaching of the knowledge system of all courses can be achieved.
