凉山彝区中等职业教育的问题与对策 —— 德国双元制职业教育的经验借鉴

大力发展凉山州职业教育，对增强彝区群众脱贫致富的能力有重要意义。发展职业教育是凉山地区精准扶贫的重要路 径。凉山州职业教育目前主要面临的问题有：专业设置不合理、校企合作不足、办学经费短缺、毕业生对口就业困难等。提出 了四点对策和建议：（1）基于职业分类细化专业方向细化；（2）结合区域优势，打造民族特色人文专业；（3）以政策手段引导企业 参与职业教育；（4）学时安排上要考虑企业需求。

Problems with Secondary Vocational Education in Liangshan Prefecture:Learning from the Experience of German Dual System Vocational Education

Vocational education can significantly strengthen people''s ability to rid of poverty and prosper in ethnic Yi regions, and promotion of vocational education turns out to be an important strategy for targeted poverty alleviation. However, current vocational education in Liangshan prefecture faces the following problems: unreasonable specialty setting, insufficient cooperation between schools and enterprises, shortage of funds for running schools, and graduates'' employment difficulties, etc. This paper offered four solutions: (1) refining specialties based on occupations; (2) developing humanities specialties with regional characteristics and advantages; (3) introducing policies to encourage enterprise participation in vocational education; (4) scheduling school hour with regard to needs of enterprises.
