制度压力对企业供应链整合的作用研究

现代企业的竞争是供应链之间的竞争。企业要实现更好的发展,需要遵从一定的社会制度规范。基于我国中东部地区中小制造业企业的263份问卷调查数据,文章研究了制度压力对供应链整合的作用。研究发现,制度压力的各个维度对供应链整合产生的效果不是完全相同。规范性压力能推动企业进行信息整合、经营整合与关系整合。模仿性压力能推动企业进行关系整合。强制性压力能推动企业进行信息整合与关系整合。政府和行业协会有必要加强对行业共同行为条例化和法制化的约束。

Impact of Institutional Pressure on Firms' Supply Chain Integration

Competition among firms is in fact competition among supply chains. In order to meet better development, firms have to comply with certain social institution norms. Based on 263 questionnaire data from medium and small-sized enterprises in mid-and-eastern China, the paper discusses the effect of institutional pressure on supply chain integration. The paper discovers that dimensions of institutional pressure influences supply chain integration differently. Normative pressure promotes all dimension of supply chain integration. Mimetic pressure promotes only relational integration. Coercive pressure promotes informational integration and relational integration. Government and industry associations should make legal restrictions on industry common behavior.
