新乡贤参与乡村治理的法治保障探讨

新乡贤作为新生治理主体，在乡村治理中发挥着不可替代的重要作用。然而，保障新乡贤参与治村的法律制度不健全，促进新乡贤作用发挥的工作机制不完善，引导新乡贤依法治村的工作重视不足等问题的存在，极大地限制了这一主体作用的发挥。为此，通过完善新乡贤参与乡村治理的法律规范，健全新乡贤在乡村治理中作用发挥的自治、法治、德治平台，强化对新乡贤依法治村的引导与扶持等方式，完善新乡贤参与乡村治理的法治保障路径。

Discussion on the Rule of Law Guarantee forNew Rural Sages' Involvement in Rural Governance

As a newly emerging governance entity in rural regions, new rural sages play an important role in ruralgovernance. However, the legal system to guarantee their involvement in rural governance remains to be perfected,the working mechanism for promoting their role remains to be improved, and the guidance for them to govern villagesaccording to law remains insufficient. These problems greatly restrict the role of new rural sages. To solve theseproblems, we should improve the legal norms of new rural sages'' involvement, perfect the self-governance, rule oflaw and moral governance platforms for their role, strengthen the guidance and support for them, and perfect the ruleof law guarantee for their involvement in rural governance.
