| 摘 要： | 学界对徽州契约文书中疑难性词语的解读有诸多不当之处，今以《中国历代契约汇编考释》为例，拣选部分误释词语，如
“巡检”“硬租”“倩唤”“绝户”“领札”“升科”“隐射”“弓受”“信鸡”等进行重新考校，以期得出合理的答案。
