| 摘 要： | 人文社会科学研究成果评价的实质是一种价值判断,也是对其所产生影响的评判、研究成本的测度及总价值的评价;哲学价值论为研究成果评价提供不同的评价视角与评价主体,学术共同体更关注成果的学术价值,政府与社会更关注成果的社会价值;经济学价值论为成果评价提供了"价值最大化"原理与"价值工程"思想,当一项研究成果与其他研究成果相比质量水平相当时,其研究经费投入越少则价值含量越大。
