| Abstract: | It is not formulated on Chinese legislation to regulate the rewarding of Independent directors. Those companies listed on the Stock Exchanges share no unified standard in practice, whereas it differs among them to a large extent. Therefore, it plays a role to direct the Independent directors system on the legislation by difining its form and the rewarding standard of Independent directors |
