| 摘 要： | 本文站在环渤海区域经济合作与发展的角度,从探索建立区域合作共赢机制、以总部经济模式促进区域产业协调发展、构筑京津塘高科技产业带以加快创新成果转化、优化区域空间布局等四个方面,对如何加强环渤海区域产业分工与合作进行了深入分析,并就整体提升区域综合发展能力提出几点战略思考。

| Abstract: | This article from the angle of advancing the Surrounding Bo Sea regional economic cooperation and development,focuses on four aspects including the exploration of setting up the mechanism of area cooperation,promoting the region industry coordinated development by the headquarters economic model,constructing the Jingjintang high tech-industry belt to speed up the transformation of innovation achievement,optimizing the region spatial arrangement.It has carried on profound analysis of how to enhance regional industry division and cooperation in Surrounding Bo Sea area,and proposed several strategic suggestions about promoting the regional integrated development cap ability on the whole. |
