完善我国反倾销司法审查制度的思考

Reflections on the Perfection of China''s Anti-dumping Judicial Censorship

The Anti-dumping Rules of the WTO has made compulsory requirements on the judicial censorship. In compliance with these requirements and the commitments made in the Protocol of its accession, China has established anti-dumping judicial censorship, which, however, is not perfect. This paper puts forward some ideas about the institutional setup, lawsuit subject qualifications, scope of case handling and legal application.
