| 摘 要： | 煤炭产业快速发展带来的环境污染、生态环境破坏等问题日益突出.结合淮南矿业集团发展实际,分析论证了煤炭企业市矿统筹、和谐发展的背景,并对煤炭企业选择市矿统筹、和谐发展的模式进行原因分析;阐述了煤炭企业市矿统筹、和谐发展的基本模式及内容;最后为煤炭企业借鉴这一模式提供了总结和建议.
