Abstract: | Darwin's Theory of Evolution explains the astonishing variety of life on earth. But many species are vanishing. We pass resolutions to slow the decline in biodiversity but we cannot tell whether those resolutions are met because we have no effective way of measuring biodiversity. Steve Buckland believes there are solutions. |
