| 摘 要： | 文章通过对26所高等院校近几年来大学英语分级教学实施情况的调查研究，从级别分类、分级标准、教学内容和目标、教学考核和管理等方面进行详细探讨，客观分析了实施分级教学的优势和出现的问题。一方面，分级教学激发了学生学习的主动性，全方位提高了学生的语言运用能力。另一方面，分级教学有可能加强外语学习的心理抑制，给教学带来负面影响；由于实行分级编班和滚动机制，有可能出现优质师资短缺的问题，并且加大了教学管理及学籍管理的难度。
