论新时期安徽省高校心理咨询工作

发端于20世纪90年代左右的安徽省高校心理咨询工作在发展中取得诸多成就，也在发展中暴露出一些问题：各高校发展不平衡、心理咨询机构缺乏统一规范、性质定位模糊、工作方式简单、工作效能低等。在总结以上问题基础上，提出若干建议：全方位落实高校心理咨询工作，强化对高校心理咨询工作的领导，建设专业化、专职化的心理咨询人员队伍，建构心理咨询模式，突破单一化弊端等。

New Era's Study of Psychological Consultation of the College Students of Anhui Province

Anhui's work of psychological consultation on the work of the college students started in the 1990s.It has made a number of achievements,but also exposed some problems in the development,including unbalanced development among colleges,lack of unified standard,ambiguous definition of its nature,simple working mode and low working efficiency,etc.The paper seriously sums up the above problems and proposes suggestions: to implement the college psychological consultation work in an all-round way,to intensify the leadership over the work,to establish the professional work team,to structure the work mode and to cure the malady of monotony.
