| 摘 要： | 从分析秦巴经济走廊生态环境问题及成因入手,在探讨并借鉴日、美、德等发达国家治理生态环境问题的成功经验基础上,我们可以勾勒出秦巴经济走廊生态环境整治的战略构想,并设计、构建秦巴经济走廊生态环境预警系统的思路。

| Abstract: | This paper conducts an analysis into the eco-environment of Shaanxi-Sichuan Economic Corridor and its cause of formation. By referring to the successful examples in bring the eco-environment under control by the developed countries, the author puts forth her strategic planning on keeping the ecological order in Shaanxi-Sichuan Economic Corridor and on setting up the early warning system. |
