论扩大内需中的产业结构调整

为了扩大内需，我国政府采取了一系列的财政货币政策，但时经济的拉动效应却远不如我们所预期的那样显著。其中一个很重要的原因就是我国产业结构的不合理、低层次化。我们应该通过产业总体结构的调整，战略产业的确立和发展，围绕消费热点对产业结构进行调整等途径来实现对产业结构的调整、优化升级以提高扩大内需的有效性。

In order to expand the internal demands,our government has carried out a series of fiscal and monetary policys,but the pulling effect to economy is far away from what we expected.A important reason is that the industrial structure of our country is unreasonable and certain secondary.We should readjust and optimize the industrial structure by readjusting the aggregate industrial structure,establishing and developing the strategic industries and readjusting the industrial structure around the consumption hot spots to improve the efficiency of expanding the internal demands.
