摘    要:学科建设是高等学校工作的龙头,随着学科建设内涵的发展,各高校也正在寻求适合自身发展需要的学科建设模式。对于大多数高校来说,由于人力、物力和财力的限制,全面实施规划目标的建设范型显得力不能及,以人为本的主体选择型学科建设模式不失为理想的实践途径。

Abstract:The disciplinary construction is the most important work in colleges and universities.With the development of discipline construction content,many colleges and universities are seeking disciplinary construction models suitable for their development.To most colleges and universities,implementing construction models on planned objective becomes a problem as the result of the limitation of human, material and financial resources.Accordingly,management model of subject-selection types can serve as an ideal disciplinary construction model.
