课堂教学质量学生评价体系的研究

摘    要:教师的教学质量评价是学校教育系统评价中的关键性因素。学生是课堂教学的直接对象,参与了课堂教学的全过程,对课堂教学质量最具有发言权。结合教学质量管理方面的工作经验,在充分调研的基础上,选取了能够充分反映课堂教学质量的11项指标,作为评教的主要指标来构建学生评价体系。利用自行研制的测评软件,对全校教师的课堂教学质量进行了详细的调查和评价,得到了比较客观,且能够反映真实水平的教学情况。根据近几年的运行情况,对评价体系存在的不足进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。运行效果表明,该学生评价体系值得推广和应用。

Abstract:Assessment of the teachers' teaching quality is a key factor in school education system evaluation.The students are the direct object of the classroom teaching taking part in the whole process of the classroom teaching,so they have the most say in classroom teaching quality.On the basis of my experience in teaching as well as the sufficient investigation in and research on the quality management,eleven targets fully reflecting the classroom teaching quality are selected as the main targets of teaching evaluation to construct the students evaluation system.By using the self-developed evaluation software,a detailed investigation and evaluation on all the teachers' classroom teaching quality is conducted,and an objective teaching quality evaluation is acquired to reflect the true level of teaching.According to the operational situations in recent years,this paper analyzes the insufficiency existent in the evaluation system and proposes the corresponding measures for improvement.The operational effect shows that this student evaluation system is worth promoting and applying.
