THOUGHTS ON FAIRNESS-ORIENTED TALENTS TRAINING MODE IN INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING

The self-development of higher education urgently requires theoretical research of talents training mode in institutions of higher learning. From the perspective of the students themselves, the establishment of fairness-oriented talents training mode is an important issue for higher education. Nowadays, the fast popularization of higher education and the prevailing of pragmatic thought result in unfair talents training mode in institutions of higher learning. It is necessary for the fairness-oriented talents training mode to set up impartial view on talents, to change the ideas of education and teaching, to provide sufficient learning resources, to adopt individualized mode of management, and to fulfill classified evaluation.
