试论土地斗争中中国共产党团结中农的基本经验

中国共产党从土地斗争一开始,就对整个中农阶级采取了团结政策。尽管其中也有过偏差和失误,但还是最终团结了广大中农阶级,积累了丰富的经验。这些经验包括：正确划分中农的阶级成分是团结中农的前提条件;必须给中农以看得见的经济、政治利益,至少不损害其利益;必须反对绝对平均主义和“单纯贫雇农路线”两种错误倾向;对富农阶级的政策的正确与否直接影响到团结中农的效果;必须动态地观察中农问题,根据中农阶级的发展变化制定相应的政策;必须正确处理生产力与生产关系的关系,把发展农业生产作为考察中农问题的主要出发点。

STUDY ON BASIC EXPERIENCE OF THE CCP UNITY WITH THE MIDDLE PEASANTS IN THE LAND STRUGGLE

Since the beginning of the land struggle, the Communist Party of China adopted unity policy with the middle peasants. Although there were deviation and faults, the CCP united with vast middle peasants ultimately and gathered rich experience, for instance, correct determination of the middle peasants＇ class status is prerequisite of uniting the middle peasants; visible economic and political interests should be given to the middle peasants or at least their interests should not to be harmed; the two mistaken tendencies of absolute equalitarianism and ＂solely relying on poor peasants and farm laborers＂ have to be opposed; the correctness of the policy for rich peasants directly influences the effect of uniting the middle peasants; the middle peasants issues should be observed dynamically, and corresponding policies are ought to be made according to evolutions of the middle peasants; the relationship between productivity and relation of production has to be correctly handled, and agricultural production should be taken as the main considerations for inspecting the middle peasants issues.
