| 摘 要： | 文化冲突必然导致犯罪,在于它能导致行为规范上的冲突,促进犯罪心理形成,弱化犯罪控制。我国转型时期社会犯罪数量激增,根本原因在于社会转型带来的文化冲突十分激烈。其中包括外来文化和本土文化的冲突,传统文化和现代文化的冲突,大众文化和精英文化的冲突,等等。面对激烈的文化冲突,必须提高文化融合能力,才能强化犯罪控制,并能减少犯罪。

| Abstract: | Culture conflicts can lead to crime in that they could bring about conflicts in behavior standards and consequently contribute to the generation of criminal minds and jeopardize crime control.During the transition period,China has been facing a sharp increase in social crime.The fundamental reason for such an increase is that social transition results in violent culture conflicts.Culture conflicts in today's China encompass conflicts between local and foreign culture,conflicts between traditional and modern culture as well as conflicts between popular and elite culture.To strengthen crime control in face of such violent culture conflicts,great importance must be attached to cultural fusion. |
