| 摘 要： | 难度,体现了竞技体操的竞争势力,使体操运动具有激烈的竞技性特点;美,体现了竞技体操的核心价值,使体操运动具有艺术性特点。体操中的难度与美既是矛盾的,又是统一的。难度与美只有交融在一起,才能产生高水平的艺术效果。

| Abstract: | The difficulty in gymnastics shows the compeittive force of the athletic gymnastics and makes this sport more intense and characteristic, while the beauty reflects its key value and makes it more artistic. The difficulty and beauty in gymnastics are not only contradictory but quite unified. Only after a good combination of both the difficulty and the beauty can it take a desirable artistic effect. |
