| 摘 要： | 在服务业对外直接投资迅猛增长成为国际直接投资主流和中国成为国际直接投资第二大流入国的背景下，中国服务业吸引外商投资发展却相对缓慢，制约我国服务业国际竞争力。因此，本文对服务业吸引外商直接投资影响因素进行分析，并提出政策建议加快我国服务业发展。

| Abstract: | Under the circumstance that Foreign Direct Investment in the service sector has become the mainstream of FDI,and China has become the second largest FDI inflow country,the development of service sector FDI to China is relatively slow,thus restrict the competitiveness of Chinese service sector.It is on this basis,this paper analyses the impact factors of service sector FDI,and propose the suggestions to accelerate the development of Chinese service sectors. |
