| 摘 要： | 产业集群是现代经济发展中颇具特色的经济组织形式，是区域经济发展的重要驱动力和实现新型工业化的重要载体。从目前吉林省的实际情况来看，产业集群化已初见端倪，正有力地推动着当地经济的快速健康发展。基于资源禀赋视角下分析，该省产业集群的发展具有独特的模式和发展潜力，同时也存在一定问题。因此，科学地制定产业发展规划，构建有效的企业网络，提升集群企业的R＆D能力进而建立有效的区域创新体系等不失为合理有效的发展选择。
