| 摘 要： | 政治性问题是公共管理范畴的一个重要议题。政治与行政二分悖论、学科自身的演绎逻辑以及国内研究状况都昭示着以公共管理的视域研究政治管理问题的必然与可能。与传统不同,公共管理视域中的政治管理具有自身属性,对其进行探讨利于开展公共政治管理的研究,进而推进国内公共管理研究及实践。

| Abstract: | The political question is a key question in the field of public management;people's understanding about it has been deep going gradually.The failure of politics/administration dichotomy,development logic of this subject and our country's condition show the inevitability and possibility of studying political management view of public management.Compared with traditional one,the political management view of public management has its own characteristics.Not only the study of public management but its practices will benefit from studying the question. |
